The 9D Breathwork session with Bernadett was truly a
“Journey to the Soul.”
Bernadett guided our small group wonderfully and supported us without words, through gentle touch. These touches helped to further activate my personal process, allowing healing to take place.
The session was very emotional for me, and I cried a lot. I felt both physical and emotional pain in different areas. Together with the music and Bernadett,
I was able to go through these pains and – what I hope – transform them.
