Transformational Breath® was pioneered in the mid 1970s by Dr. Judith Kravitz, who began her journey in Breathwork through personal healing. Diagnosed with a throat tumor, Dr. Kravitz turned to an early form of Breathwork, which led her to profound realizations about the healing potential of breath. Driven to expand beyond that experience, Dr. Kravitz developed Transformational Breath®, a technique that integrates hands- on facilitation, sound and movement, affirmations, body mapping, and breathing analysis.
