Whether you are new to Breathwork or have prior experience, we believe you will find valuable insights and a sense of community here.
The Journey
Blood Memory is a 61-minute, high-intensity 9D Breathwork journey exploring ancestral patterns, somatic release, and inherited emotional burdens.
Breathing technique:
A mix of nasal breathing, active open-mouth breathing, fast circular mouth breathing, and pursed-lip “straw” breathing for integration.
Breath holds and scream:
The journey includes breath holds at 28:10, 33:29, 43:48–45:15, 47:03, 49:01, and 51:31. It also includes a powerful ancestral scream during the peak sprint sequence.
Who is it for?
This journey is for people who feel affected by inherited fear, grief, anxiety, anger, scarcity, or survival patterns. It supports the symbolic release of ancestral burdens while reconnecting with qualities such as resilience, love, courage, and wisdom.
This is an advanced, emotionally intense experience involving strong physical sensations and possible vocal release. High-fidelity headphones and health screening are recommended.
